New Folk Sounds Review of Bridge of Glass
Here’s a translated excerpt of the review of Plønk’s Bridge of Glass by Hans van Deelen on the New Folk Sounds blog:
You would think that an instrumental album that is completely filled with the same two instruments would quickly get boring, but that is not the case. Both men are exceptionally skilled at their waldzither and know how to capture your attention fully with their choice of melodies, the way in which they arrange them, and the dynamics of their interplay. There is an enormous peace in their playing, which easily transports you to the musical world presented.
Congratulations Björn and Christian - well deserved indeed!
