Cetra Records is a label and publisher dedicated to the cittern and its music, offering audio recordings with detailed notes by several musicians playing historical instruments, modern replicas, and modern instruments. These recordings also form the basis of an archive of recorded cittern music with the objective of making the best of the cittern repertoire available for all to enjoy and study.  In addition to recordings, Cetra Records publishes study scores and performance editions so that this “sprightly and cheerful music” will be available for any and all who wish to study or perform it.
